As part of awareness of DHI at the Institutes of Higher Learning, DHI Chairman, Dasho Sangay Khandu accompanied by Director Damber S. Kharka and Associate Director Pema Wangdhee met with the students and faculties of Royal Thimphu College on 13th April.
