HRA invites applications from eligible DHI employees interested in taking up the following position:

Director, Corporate Performance Department

·     Must have Master's Degree (preferably MBA) with a minimum of 13 years (excluding the study period) of professional work experience of which at least 3 years should be at SA level and above.

·     Should be currently in DHI grade PS4/CS4.

·     Minimum average performance rating of 85 points for the last three years.

·     Must have advanced business knowledge and skills necessary to analyze and understand the overall value of a business enterprise (corporate strategy, finance, operations and technology, sales and marketing, human resource, etc.).

1.  Senior Analyst/Analyst (Network), Projects, InnoTech Dept.

Must have Master's degree in related fields and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields with a min. of 5 years of relevant work experience (if applying for Sr. Analyst position).

 

If applying for Analyst position, candidates must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields   with a min. of 5 years of relevant work experience. Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience if the applicant has Master's degree.

 

2.    Analyst, Research & Training Division, CPD

1

Must have Master's degree in Economics/Business or other related fields. Bachelor's Degree related fields with a min. of 50% aggregate and 3 years of relevant work experience (excluding the study period).

 

3. Driver, Projects, InnoTech Dept.

1

Must have a minimum of Class VIII pass with driving certification from a recognized driving institute with a min. of 3 years of driving experience.
