Yeshey Tshogay is an electrical engineer turned entrepreneur who started software and IT Consultancy firm, iTechnologies, in 2008 after working in Bhutan Telecom for 7 years. She started iTechnologies with the aspiration to develop the IT industry in Bhutan and promote the competency of Bhutanese IT graduates.

In 2010, she spearheaded the establishment of Bhutan Hotels Pvt Ltd (BHPL) through a Joint Venture with a Singapore based company. Currently, Yeshey serves as CEO and Project Director for BHPL, which is developing a five star hotel in Thimphu.

Yeshey completed her Engineering degree from Thamasat University 2001 and her Masters in Communication Management form the University of Strathclyde, UK under the prestigious Chevening Scholarship. Yeshey, currently, serves as the Board of Director for the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan (STCB), Executive Member of the IT Association of Bhutan (ITAB) and Member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI). She is also a Member of the Pema Choling (Nunnery in Bumthang) Committee.
