Achieving the 10X Journey DHI Group Roadmap vision requires that customer oriented-companies within the DHI Group to lead with service excellence, embedding a customer-first mindset at every level of operation. In line with this commitment, DHI organized a Customer Service Workshop for its customer-focused companies — an initiative aimed at strengthening customer care practices and aligning service standards with the Group’s 10X ambitions.


The workshop brought together representatives from across the Group to explore innovative ways to enhance service quality, strengthen customer relationships, and align business operations with evolving customer expectations.
