Since its launch in December last year, it aims to evolve into a vibrant space where ideas flow freely, diverse perspectives converge, and collective efforts drive the future of the organization.

The series reflects a growing culture of collaboration—where ideas are shaped collectively and vision is translated into action. The first session opened with a powerful conversation on ‘Individual Learning Paths’—setting the tone for a culture of continuous growth, where personal accountability and the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn shape the foundation of a future-ready workforce. This was followed by a dynamic discussion on the "Future of Jobs," exploring how innovation, technology, and evolving expectations are redefining work.

The most recent session focused on the 𝐃𝐇𝐈 𝟏𝟎𝐗 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, encouraging bold thinking, strategic action, and sustainable impact—a pursuit that demands clarity, shared commitment, and co-created innovation at every level.
